Cupping is a simple but effective tool

What Is The Process?
By applying cups that are either rubber or plastic, directly to the skin with a varying level of suction to an affected area, it will have the effects of a deep tissue massage.
The cups can be fixed on an involved area for 5-20 minutes, or it can be used more dynamically to move the cup around to create a massage-like effect.
How Cupping Feels
During & After?
During the process, you will typically feel the sensation of tightness, in which a majority of times is relaxing and soothing, not painful. After the application, you will typically have round reddish to bluish marks on the skin, similar to light bruises, that resolve over the next few days. It is normal to feel some soreness in the involved area during this time.
