What Is Guided
Stretching?

By providing stretching that is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, we address, identify and correct any flexibility limitations a client may have. Each stretching session will allow for gentle stretching that is focused on improving range of motion that lasts.

How Does Guided
Stretching Feel?

During the stretching session, you will feel your muscles have tension but it is not painful, with gradual load being applied throughout the session to restore flexibility. After the session, you will feel like you can move around better and not have the perception of feeling ‘tight’.
